Hey everyone!
I hope your weekend has been awesome! Mine’s been pretty busy and it started off with receipt of a package from LA… (Yep for those of you on Twitter or Instagram, this is the mystery package I was talking about! I had planned to review this next week but brought it forward as this product was fun and made me smile; I thought it may make you smile too!)
=WARNING: This post is picture heavy!

What was inside?
Three pairs of Pedi-Sox*!
Here they are in their glory (nail polish wasn’t included of course; I just thought they made the photo look kinda pretty!
):
What are Pedi-Sox? The creator of Pedi-Sox, Pamela, explains it well on the packaging:
So essentially, Pedi-Sox have been designed to keep your feet warm and cosy when having pedicures in the cooler months. Certainly a great idea for us here; it’s still very cold here and I can’t wait for spring! They are also handy if you have had a foot treatment/mask and want to lock in the moisturising goodies.
I had a professional pedi before my trip to Bali (I always like to have a pedi before I go on hols to warm places – does anyone else do that or am I just weird?! Lol!), but after a few weeks my toes have been looking pretty daggy. So I decided to road test the Sox yesterday as part of my DIY pedi routine (check out this post if you want to see how I do it!).
Feet with Pedi-Sox ready for polish:
Side view (yuk blister on my little toe!):
All pretty with polish! (Colour is “Plastic Fantastic” from Aussie brand Chi-Chi – I picked it up from Target for $6.88 on sale.) ~
Popping on sandals afterwards was easy! I must admit, whilst I’d never wear socks and sandals at any other time, I thought the combo looked pretty funky!

Pedi-Sox are available in selected nail salons throughout the USA and Canada. We can get them in Australia from a local and online distributor CNE Beauty Salon Supplies (they are physically located in Melbourne). Currently the leopard print style retails on their site for $11 a pair. There are a variety of designs including ones which look like Mary Janes!
Beautiful rating 8/10 – quality 4/5, value 4/5. I think they are a cute idea! The only downside is that you can’t really wear the socks at any other time than pedi time.
You can find the official Pedi-Sox site at http://originalpedisox.com/

What do you think of the Pedi-Sox concept?
Do you like to get professional pedicures or do you prefer to do them yourself?
This week, I have posts planned about Bali (travel tips and info) and review of a Daiso product. On Saturday it’s the Adelaide Beauty Conference so next Sunday’s post will be all about my adventures on that day!
Have a great week ahead! x

These are great! I love to get my nails done before I go overseas…OR if I am going somewhere, the first few days I get there so I have lovely feet for my trip. I am getting better at the home pedicure, however I am still terrible at applying nailpolish to my toes!
Hi Anna
Yeah I’m the same – glad I’m not the only one who does that!
I find that I get better with the polish the more practice I get, but it’s always tricky to get to my little toes – maybe I need to start yoga lol
I love doing my own pedicures, it’s so relaxing. These socks are very cute!!

Hi Tina! I agree; you also save a lot of $ doing it yourself. I do get a professional pedi once in a while as a treat but the cheapest you can get them in my area is AUD $25!
