Yay it’s almost Friday! I hope that you are all having a good week… Mine’s been pretty busy and I am pooped (exhausted)… I think I’m going to have an early night!

Decleor is a French brand of skin care which draws upon aromatherapy to create what they call “plant based” products. (I interpret that to mean natural! ) The brand has gone through a few name changes over the years and began way back in 1974!
I was lucky to receive two bottles of their Aroma Confort moisturising body milk in my recent orders of Thalgo products. One bottle is part of my giveaway competition prize pack (click HERE to enter if you haven’t already; it closes 11th May!) and I’ve been using the other.
I’ve got good news – it’s a fantastic body lotion!
Why?
- Lovely fresh jasmine scent. At first it seems very strong but it quickly fades to a light and very pleasant scent.
- It absorbs into your skin very rapidly – no greasy residue at all. This lotion absorbs better than any other that I’ve tried.
- It’s paraben free (parabens are a type of preservative in many cosmetic and skin care products and there is debate about their long term impact on people’s health).
- Decleor may not test on animals. I say “may not” because they state they do not on their website, but they are owned by Shiseido who reportedly do.
Beautiful rating: 8/10. Quality 5/5, value 3/5 (you can pick up a 250ml bottle online for around $40 AUD, which is a bit pricey to me!).
